Channel Dynamics In The Press

At Channel Dynamics we thrive on helping our customers with whatever their channel or business challenge may be. Anything from strategy consultation and program development all the way through sales and messaging training may be required depending upon the client and their business issue. Cam has recently been featured in ARN in two articles for pieces of work he has completed for channel partners Best IT and Zettagrid. While the type of consulting required for each partner was vastly different, the work Cam completed has helped to completely transform the structure and performance of both of their businesses.

For Best IT, Cam was engaged to assist with the development and implementation of a new suite of “white label” or wholesale engineering and professional services, in addition to the development and execution of a mid market strategy. What Maslows Hierarchy Wont Tell You About Motivation

With our thoughts reflecting on the year that was, as well as the year ahead, the topic of motivation for yourself and your staff is both timely and relevant. It is important for us as individuals (and for those of who manage staff) to understand what motivates people and how to produce the business results that you want. Susan Fowler is a US based motivation expert and she recently wrote an article for the Harvard Business Review Blog about motivation in the workplace. It is an interesting read and worth your time particularly if you are managing a team in 2015.

What A Difference 10 Years Makes

As we pass the 10 year milestone as Channel Dynamics, we couldn’t help but reflect on how our industry has evolved over the last decade. Technology may advance every year (faster in some years than others) but it’s only when we stop and look at it over a period of time that we realise how much our businesses have adapted and grown. Stopping and reflecting also allows us to recall those companies that didn’t adapt and as a result are no longer with us.

To think that a phone in 2004 sported a camera that could barely take a decent photo (the selfie phenomenon was yet to come!) let alone be able to access files, use voice recognition to answer email, surf the web, get the weather or find a location on a map and print it wirelessly! The way our industry operates, the way we do business, and the way we live our lives - it feels like nothing has changed and everything has changed. Join us now as we take a look at the last 10 years and the impact it’s had on our industry and on our lives.

Channel Dynamics Turns 10

As part of the celebration of our 10th anniversary, we had the huge honour of being asked to sit down with ARN  to discuss Channel Dynamics as a business and how things have developed and changed since we first launched back in 2004.

The article ARN went on to publish provides insight into how the business was formed, what the original business intention was and how it has evolved over the past 10 years. Jennifer O’Brien does a wonderful job of highlighting the successes that have been achieved, the lessons learned, the experience that continues to be gained and the passion that still exists today for what it is that we do at Channel Dynamics.
