Channel Dynamic’s Cam Wayland will be running a Master Class on Channel Excellence and a Workshop on Channel Management in Singapore on July 9 and 10. The Master class will cover the principles of creating a high-performance channel (ie. building a strategy, recruiting, developing and managing partners) and give the participants a high level overview of how to be successful through partners.
The Channel Management Workshop will expand on the thought leadership in Channels. It will go deeper into the topics covered in the Master Class, and provide the participants with the tools and frameworks to go back to their office and implement the ideas.
